New Ambassadors
Our Ambassadors provide vital localised support to Christian Workplace Groups across the country. They help Christians start workplace groups and then work with their organisations on formal recognition. They connect workplace groups together to share best practice and learn from each other. And they provide resources, bible studies, and much more to workplace groups.
As most are leaders of workplace groups themselves, our Ambassadors are experts in helping Christians meet other Christians and thereby transform their workplace. We are delighted, therefore, to share with you our newest Ambassadors, who have joined Transform Work in the past year:

Ann Francis-Wilding - NHS network Ambassador
Ann initially connected with Transform Work through the NHS Christian Network and began the process of setting up a group in her NHS Trust. As she has a passion for prayer, she joined Transform Prayer and has been a faithful member of the intersession team. During this process, she felt the nudge from the Holy Spirit to become an ambassador so she could help set up other Christian Workplace Groups in other NHS Trusts across the UK.

Fay Hingley - Oxfordshire Ambassador
Fay has been a radiographer for 30 years working in the UK and overseas. It can be tough as a lone Christian in the workplace, so having found other Christians she started a workplace group which gave her greater meaning and support in her faith at work. Fay is passionate about witnessing at work and now that she has taken a part time role, she has time to connect, equip and support others in the Oxfordshire area through Transform Work. She started with us in March this year and is slowly contacting groups that we know of in the area and has already helped to get a new group at a college in Oxford up and running.

Chris Tregilgas - London Ambassador
Chris studied Community & Youth work at University in Lancaster and graduated straight into a Youth & Children’s work role at St Michael’s and St Stephen’s Churches in South West London. After six years and a short spell as a plumber, he studied for a Master’s in Quantity Surveying and joined CBRE as a QS.
Chris joined a group of Christians at CBRE who were meeting at lunchtimes to pray together. After a few years he was asked by CBRE to create a multi-faith network. About 10 years later, we have around 1,000 members across the globe supporting people in their faith at work and providing resources for those who would like to know more. Away from work, Chris is married to Lisa and they have 2 teenage sons, Tim and Paul, and they still attend St Michael’s church in Southfields.”

Liz Emelogu - Surrey
Liz is our newest ambassador. She discovered us at the Wonderful Conference and got in touch. As an Executive wellness & performance coach and with a real zeal for Jesus, we can't wait to see the way The Lord will use her to empower working Christians in their professions and sectors. She will team up with ambassador Andrew Humphreys to connect Christians in the Surrey area. Welcome onboard the Transform Work family.

Cheryl Carr - NHS Ambassador
Cheryl was part of a Christian Union at the hospital when she first started her nursing career in London in 1992. In her current place of work, it became apparent during Covid the need to start a Christian union as there was none in place. Cheryl saw some Christian staff at work during Covid, praying for the safety of patients and nursing teams, and a need to have a Christian union in the organisation.
She discovered Transform Work through a friend who started a workplace Christian group and was inspired by what was accomplished by stepping out and starting the group. I got in touch with the NHS Christian Network. It has taken about 2 years for the Christian Workplace Group to be established officially under the faith and belief network. Under the network, there is better recognition and alignment with the networks in the organisation.
The battle was worth the wait as the group is fully integrated with their own Christians@ NHS Trust email address. Cheryl is currently in the process of building the group membership through various advertising to ensure all staff are aware that the group exist. She is currently part of the faith and belief network committee members at her NHS Trust.
Cheryl is thankful for the freedom and openness she now has to meet with and pray with other Christian's at work for all staff and patients that use our services. To encourage and build up and support our Christian community to be the light in our hospitals. She now wants to share her learning with others working in the NHS so they can also thrive as Christians in their workplace.
A Big Thank You to Julie!

Julie Smith - Norfolk
We are sad to let you know that Julie Smith stepped down as an Ambassador at the end of April. She has been a great encouragement to the workplace community and Transform Work, and we look forward to seeing her bring that same passion to other areas of church ministry. If you know someone who would like to take on Julie’s Ambassador work in Norfolk and Suffolk, please get in touch with us.
Please do take the time to see all of our wonderful Ambassadors here.
