Let go and Let God

I’m Andy Smith, Ambassador for Transform Work.

I have a photo showing me addressing a group of over 200 people at a work faith conference in 2019. Whilst I still have to pinch myself that I was comfortable addressing such a large gathering, it is the expression of shock on one of the panelists behind me who was also from my church that really amuses me. I knew I was well out of my comfort zone, but I was equally trusting in God to get me through and it came as much of a surprise what I was doing to me as it did to my church colleague.

Sometimes looking back, we can see the progression of how God leads us from one thing to another. Sometimes these things start off small, but the bible tells us not to despise the day of humble beginnings.

Other times, it can require such a step change that we just have to let go and let God.

If you are facing a challenge God has given you, but are holding back and uncertain whether you can do it, then let go and let God. He is waiting to show His strength through you if you will trust Him.
