I’m Andy Smith, Ambassador for Transform Work.

To the optimist, the glass is half full. To the pessimist, the glass is half empty. To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Having been in engineering for almost 38 years, having fellow Christians within the workplace for all those years who understand the issues I am facing and with whom I can share the challenges, opportunities and also pray for topics we could not share outside of the company has been a real joy and privilege.

If not, then why not pray God would direct you to connect with other Christians and share how you could be Jesus’ representatives to your work colleagues.
