Hot Cross Buns for ALL Staff to Celebrate Easter
At Transform Work we love being sent short WhatsApp messages from Christian Workplace Group leaders sharing with us what they are up to, to celebrate Easter through their organisation. Below is such a message...
"Literally just got all of the sites to pay for hot cross buns for everyone.
I’m hoping to draft a message with details of the churches closest to the offices and get that promoted."
Knowing this particular leader, he would have sought management permission through the organisation's multi faith network of which he helps lead. It is wonderful that he is able to engage all work sites across the UK to participate and wonderful that the organisation is joining the fun to provide hot cross buns for all staff.
Transform Work's job now is to share this news with other workplace group leaders to encourage you that you are able to share and celebrate Jesus at work with management permission. Secondly we are to PRAY! Pray and ask The Lord for favour, for open conversations about faith and Jesus and why and how can a God die and come back to life again? Even typing this right now it sounds crazy... but as Christians we know this is the truth. What great opportunities to support your Diversity and Inclusion managers by putting on fun, engaging and educational opportunities.
