Announcement
New Trustees
During 2025, we undertook an extensive search to appoint new Trustees. Thank you to all those who applied and supported us in this process.
We are thrilled that Philip Olagunju and Isaac Femi-Obalemo have now started in this role. They join our existing Trustees, Julian Shellard (Chair), Mal Shaw, Ofonimeh Abudu, Steve Matthews, and Stephen Doel.
You can find out more about them on the People pages of our website. Here, they share briefly about why they are joining Transform Work and how they hope to benefit you and a new generation of Christians in their workplaces:

“I feel called to support the God‑honouring work of Transform Work. Leading a Christian group at PEM has shown me first‑hand the value of the charity’s mission. My experience as a corporate finance partner, church trustee, and school governor has equipped me in governance, leadership, and oversight. I am passionate about workplace ministry and about Jesus’ instruction in Matthew 28:19 to make disciples of all nations—a calling I believe applies just as much in the workplace as anywhere else.”
Philip Olagunju

“Transform Work’s commitment to equipping Christians in the workplace resonates deeply with me. Through co‑leading The Grounded Network, I have supported workplace fellowships, professional communities, and events that help believers integrate faith and work—work that mirrors Transform Work’s vision. With a commercial and charity background in business development, I hope to support areas such as strategy, partnerships, and sustainable growth. To help more and more Christians see their work as a calling and place of mission.”
Isaac Femi-Obalemo
We are excited to have Philip and Isaac Femi on board, and we are excited to see what God will do in and through them in the coming months and years.
