Transform Work was founded in 2003 by Revd Dr Clifford and Monica Hill in the UK with a vision to change the values of the nation through workplace associations asking two questions - can Christians share their faith at work and can Christians influence their workplace with Christian values.

Since its official launch in 2007, Transform Work has grown to include a network of over 500 workplace groups across 22 number of sectors. Our vision is to bring both the opportunities and the resources for Christians to openly and effectively share their faith at work, and influence the profession, commerce and industry with Christian values.
