We are excited to announce that the Thrive 25 national conference will be held in 5 cities across Scotland from 13th – 20th September 2025

Transform Work is thrilled to be working alongside The Business Connection, Solas and Thrive Scotland to inspire and empower workplace Christians through a concentrated week of connecting and equipping through Thrive25. Our role at Transform Work is to build the trellis that holds the workplace Christians, so they are able to find each other for ongoing mission after Thrive25 is complete. This means creating more Christian Workplace Groups in Scotland and ensuring visibility of the Professional and Sector Group contacts in Scotland.
 

• Thrive 2025 emphasizes encouraging, equipping, and empowering Christians to navigate the complexities of modern professional life. This initiative is rooted in promoting meaningful connections, shared purpose, personal resilience to transform organisations and cities.

• The Thrive conferences, have engaged hundreds of people through thought-provoking events, offering inspiring teaching, workshops and worship for learning, collaboration, and support.

• Past conferences, such as the 2019 in-person and 2020 virtual events, set the stage for this ambitious next step: running a series of conferences across 5 cities in 8 days.

• We see the conferences as a stepping stone to establishing dynamic networks both within companies and across cities.
