Transform Work supports over 500 Christian Workplace Groups and we have a vision to grow this to over 1000 in the next two years. In 2024, we have been growing the number and influence of CWGs across the UK via:

A new initiative to renew the workplace in Scotland, seeded by a grant from the Haldane Trust.
 
Significant growth in Christian Workplace Groups affiliated to Transform Work across the U.K., including twenty-five new groups in Cambridge, strong growth in the Midlands and new groups starting in Newcastle.
 
A strategic relationship with Premier Christian Communications, bringing government and industry leaders together to discuss diversity and faith in the workplace.
 
Leading workplace prayer at national initiatives such as Thy Kingdom Come and the National Week of Prayer.
 
Transform Work as the essential focal point bringing more than 50 Christian Professional Sector Groups together to best support Christians in their workplaces.

It has been a joy and privilege to serve God and our workplaces in this way. However, this growth has stretched our resources, both operationally and financially.

To help address this, we have launched a new 100:10:10 campaign, looking for 100 people to increase their support for us financially by at least £10 per month within the next 10 weeks.
