Local Houses of Prayer and Transform Work

Transform Work and Local Houses of Prayer are working in partnership to bring you a brand new resource to help you in the workplace. 

This resource is aimed to equip those in the workplace to understand the calling and authority they have to take their place as part of a Royal Priesthood in their workplaces. We are looking for a group of workplace Christians willing to trial this material at work. The commitment is 2 lunchtime meetings. 

Wednesday 31st July, 1-2pm, 
Wednesday 7th August, 1-2pm

Is it our prayer that you see God's kingdom of peace, righteousness and joy, break out in your places of work in new and fresh ways as you engage with these simple LHOP principles.

The booklet is intended to be an aid as you engage with some of the LHOP principles in your workplace. This could be as you attend an online LHOP for the workplace training session, or even a short gathering at lunchtime in your workplace.

We'll explore the following areas:

  • Dreaming with God for our workplace: Gospel of the Kingdom
  • Taking your Place: Every believer a Priest
  • Engaging with God's intention: Pray Like This
  • Pulling it all Together: Some Simple Practicalities to Engage with Your Workplace

Use the booklet and the associated cards to pray for your workplace, make notes and watch the videos together as you meet to pray for God's kingdom to come in your particular sphere. This is a great way to come together in a structured way as the body of Christ to pray for your workplace.

You can use the blessing cards for your particular sphere and if there isn't a card for your particular sphere you can use the general blessing card instead. The meeting plan card gives you a guide of the meeting structure and the vision for the meeting.

Local Houses of  Prayer is a ministry of Ffald y Brenin Trust Ltd. It is a movement of ordinary people who long to see God's kingdom come and His will be done on their particular piece of earth as in heaven.

If you would like to be part of the pilot group you need to commit to the following two lunchtime zoom meetings
