Why not seek permission from your communications team at work to record a video of staff sharing what Christmas means to them.  Encourage a mix from your group and all staff especially those from other cultures to encourage diversity and be inclusive.  It's a great way to learn about other cultures .  Endeavour to ask senior managers to join in if possible.   If you are organising an online Christmas event, let people know their videos will be shown at the event to encourage them to log on and join your Staff Christmas event.
