Has your Group received Permission to run Workplace Alpha?
Really great to chat this lunchtime with Mal who leads a Christian Workplace Group in a national organisation in Swindon. He also heads up a growing network of Christian Workplace Groups within this organisation including groups in Bournemouth and Northampton! They engage with around 150 colleagues, a third of whom are on the fringes of Christianity. So these are exciting times for this network of groups!
Mal has recently been approached by colleagues who are wanting to know more about Jesus and asked if the Christian Workplace Group could run a lunch time Alpha course. Wanting to be transparent, Mal asked the Diversity team about this possibility, but was turned down. Transform Work would be keen to hear from you if you have run Alpha in your workplace with consent from your organisation and how you went about it. We would love to hear your thoughts, please do get in touch.
