Ros 'Transforming Work' at LICC
So some of you might have already heard that Ros is now working 2 days a week with the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity’s (LICC's) Work Forum team as Product Champion for their new discipleship tool called 'Transforming Work'. It’s an exciting development and we just wanted to let you know to avoid confusion.
We also wanted to let you know that this month, on Tuesday 23rd June, LICC are having a launch event for Transforming Work and to celebrate the occasion they have invited Paul Williams, Executive Director of the Marketplace Institute at Regent College, Vancouver, to speak. The session is geared for ‘working Christians’. Doors open at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30 and food is included. Here’s a brief word from Ros,
“Having gone through the Transforming Work material, I can wholeheartedly say that it’s going to liberate working Christians who think they ‘should’ be doing more, and help them get a new revelation about their work and how the Father sees them, their work and their workplace. What I love most about this approach to discipleship is that it’s 8 sessions over a year so it’s not a 'quick fix' course but an experience where a group of people journey together using the Transforming Work manual, DVD and new exciting app which has real life videos from people just like us – making a difference in work led by the Spirit of God.”
