Finance and Insurance Christian Network 

This professional and sector group exists to connect, equip and support Christians working in the finance and insurance industries. The group aims to connect individual Christians to others within their organisations and then equip them to form Christian Workplace Groups.  

Once these groups are formed then FICN encourages the groups to engage with the management through their organisation's diversity, equality and inclusion framework to become an officially recognised Christian Staff Network or Employee Resource Group. 
 
Once Staff Network Groups are set up the FICN continues to give ongoing support to leaders, sharing good practice and ideas to help the groups become more visible and to bring tangible benefits to the organisations they work for. This includes sharing their faith in Jesus
